This is the most common method used by our members. Enter your registered Malaysian phone number along with your password. For added security, our system will automatically request OTP verification when you log in from a new device or an unusual location.

2. Login with Email & Password

If you registered with an email address, you can use it as your login credential. Enter your registered email along with your password and you're in. This method is ideal for users accessing the platform via laptop or desktop.

3. OTP Login (No Password Required)

Forgot your password or prefer passwordless access? Use the OTP function — enter your phone number and we'll send a 6-digit verification code to your phone. Enter the code and you're logged in instantly. OTP codes are valid for 5 minutes only for maximum security.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — An Extra Layer of Protection

Kadbrokes strongly encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. With 2FA active, even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the verification code sent exclusively to your registered phone.

To enable 2FA, go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication after logging in. The activation process takes less than 2 minutes and provides significantly stronger protection compared to not having 2FA.

Biometric Login — Next-Generation Technology

For mobile device users who support fingerprint recognition or face scanning, kadbrokes fully supports biometric login. It's the fastest and most secure way to access your account — no password to remember, no risk of a stolen password, and it takes less than a second.

Enable this feature through the kadbrokes mobile app settings after your first login. Your biometric data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers — your privacy is fully protected.

What Happens If Your Account Gets Locked?

For your security, the kadbrokes system will temporarily lock your account after 5 failed login attempts within 30 minutes. This is an automatic protective measure to prevent unauthorised access attempts.

If your account is locked, you'll need to wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact our customer support team via live chat to unlock it immediately with a simple identity verification.

Your Login Session Security

Every login session at kadbrokes is protected with a unique, encrypted session token. Sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity to protect your account, especially if you're on a shared device.

We also continuously monitor geolocation and login patterns. If we detect suspicious activity — such as logins from different countries within a short period — the system will automatically require additional verification before granting access. This may feel slightly inconvenient at the time, but it is there to fully protect your account and funds.
